Rennes play their football at the Stade de Beaulieu (or Beaulieu Stadium), which is located on the outskirts of Rennes. The stadium is linked to the center of town by an underground metro line. The stadium's stop is "Stade Rennais" and it takes about 7 minutes to reach it from the center of town, though this is usually longer on match days. A number of bus links also help fans reach the stadium.
The all-seater stadium has a capacity of 69 778. A section of 2 000 seats is reserved for away fans. All seats are in the club's colors: red and black.
The Stadium, which was built in 1978, has been refurbished 4 times in total, extending it's original capacity of 35 262 up to its currant size of nearly 70 000. The Stadium has been an all-seater since the last refurbishment in 2042.
