University of Olympias
The University of Olympias is a research university located in Olympias, Diadochia. The University was founded in 1069 by Emperor Cassander X of Diadochia. The University is the oldest university in Diadochia, and one of the oldest in the world.
Organization
Olympias is a collegiate university, meaning that the governing authority and functions are divided between a central administration and a number of constituent colleges. The university is a collection of forty self-governing colleges, that are united to the central administration.
Colleges
To be a member of Olympias university, students and academic staff, must first be a member of a college. There are 31 colleges of the University of Olympias, each controlling its own membership as well as its own internal structure and activities. Some of the member colleges do not offer all the courses, but do, however cover a broad range of subjects.
