Valkany is a Developped First World country in the world of Noverra, on the continent of Victorium. Known for its culture, maritime tradition and ancient history. Valkany is a Holy Empire. The Head of State, the Holy Emperor, has most executive power, including appointing the Prime Minister who has minor executive power and works with the Senate and National Assembly to achieve a better future for Valkany. Valkany recently saw a short period as a Federal Republic, after the VKIP party rigged elections, but the plot was revealed and the Royalists in the Armed Forces, organized by the Royal Nautilus Order, forced the arrest of the "High Consul". The Monarchy was restored after the Nautilus Party won the elections and the Crown Prince in exile returned to claim his throne successfully. Valkany is organized into six Provinces and one Imperial District around the Capital City.
