Znatsnaz is privately owned by a single family. To organize its huge territory, this family established an administration in the form of private government of all estates and property of that family, but at same time allowing the free housing and implementing a general law like a Constitution guaranteeing the individual right to freedom, life, property and individual sovereignty. Over many centuries and evolution of its liberal traditions, this country has become recognized as a model of post-modern monarchy, and later took this characteristic as formal rule, remaining as an almost virtual minimal state around his founding dynasty. The Kingdom is ultra-limited and today has only 20% percent of the original real estate, but only given leasehold rights on the 80% of the nations soils. In other hand, Znatsnaz offers the protection on external threats as permanent and voluntary paid service.
