Gary Ulisel (pronnounce Gare-ee Yoo-sel) is a Jacish politician and current president of the United Republics of Seketan and Jacland. His leadership is accompanied by four prime ministers of each country in Seketan and Jacland: Eris Kellisyen of Seketan, Iggject Oilue of Jacland, Ennis Yedear of South Seketan, and Kurt Vonnegette of Nordereiland.
