The City of Conelibek (Ville-Conelibek in Seketese) is the capital and largest city of Seketan and the United Republics of Seketan and Jacland. It is located on the mid east shore of Lake Seketan. They city is a centre for arts and business in Seketan and Jacland, and is sometimes called the hub of the Nelborne Union. It, along with Ventra, is the economic hub of Seketan and Jacland. The city houses the most popular radio and film companies, such as the SJC and Malaxy News Radio.
The city was established by the Secens after their arrival to the Nelborne Islands. The city served as a trading centre or hub for all the Secen villages scattered around the Nelborne. The city was also used as a meeting place, sometimes between the Secens and the Mi'kenese. After French and British settlers arrived in the Nelborne Islands, the city began to become more European. After being seized control by the Kingdom of Seketan, the city became developed.
Under control of Alquiya, the city became an economic hud in northern Nelborne. After being controlled by the United States of Alquiya, the city began to decline after being overlooked by the Alquiyan government. After the Seketese War of Independence, the city was mostly destroyed but was rebuilt under the leadership of Loren Allis, who was the de facto mayor.
Today, the city is the most populated city in Seketan and Jacland. Along with Ventra, it is a huge player in economics in the NU.
