George Synadenos, 16th Duke of Phrygia KP PC, (1658 – 4 June 1715) was a Diadochian nobleman and politician, the eldest son of George Synadenos, 15th Duke of Phrygia. A prominent Prásinoi, he was sworn of the Privy Council in 1693, and served as Megas Proedros tou Mystikoú Symvoulíou from 1702 to 1703 and 1711 to 1715.

He had five children by his wife. As well as numerous illegitimate children. His eldest son George succeeded him as Duke of Phrygia.
