Great Lotharingia, officially known as The Kingdom of Great Lotharingia is a nation in Western Europe. It is bordered to the north by the North Sea, to the west by the English Channel and Great Britain, to the south to France and Switzerland and to the east by Germany.

Great Lotharingia was created after the Napoleonic Wars, when new borders were drawn in Europe at the Congress of Vienna. It was decided to create a new state that could keep the French in check, in case the French could make a new war break out. The Netherlands, Austrian Belgium and various German and French provinces were combined into the Kingdom of Great Lotharingia.
