Guingamp play their football at the Stade du Roudourou (or Roudourou Stadium), which is located on the outskirts of Guingamp. The stadium is linked to the center of town thanks to an underground metro line. The stadium's stop is simply called "Roudourou" and it takes about 10 minutes to reach it from the center of town, though this is usually longer on match days.

The stadium has a capacity of 80 000 which includes 65 000 seated and 15 000 standing. A section of 5 000 seats is reserved for away fans. All seats are in the club's colors: red and black.

Guingamp's home ground was mostly destroyed during the Great War after an airstrike hit the stadium that was housing an estimated 3 000 refugees at the time. 863 of them were killed and a memorial stands outside the ground in their honor.

The ground was fully rebuilt with state of the art facilities, including a UICA regulation sized grass pitch, in 2033 on the same spot as the original grounds, with the capacity being extended to 80 000.
