The Urth Songfestival of november 2017 was the first ever to been held. It took place in Labia Cue in the Blueacian Event Hall, Blueacia. The presentor was Valerio Moretti. The winner of the first Urthvision Songfestival was Caltharus with the song called Mirrors performed by Carl Stonelake 79 points out of the possible 156 points. So the song scored 50,6% of the votes. In second place it was Staynes with 73 points, and in third came Oan Isles with 57 points.

It was broadcasted by every nation which participated and some additional broadcasters.

Keeping score

At the back wall of the hall appeared a scoreboard with all the performing countries. On the board the countries were written in Blueacian, with the country tags behind the names and the flags of the countries in front of the names. The names lit up if they were giving the votes. The points stood behind the country tags and they got counted up as the night went on.

Voting

Voting was done by professional judges from every country and by televoters who called in their votes.

Desicion

The voting was exiting troughout the evening. Staynes and Caltharus both took an early lead and fought with each other for the win. At the end 4 countries couldn't vote because of some technical difficulties, some say the leaders of those countries wouldn't want the votes to go out because they couldn't win theirself. This made that Caltharus won with only 9 points diverence. no one will ever known if there would be a different winner if the 4 remaining countries did vote.
