Who Wants to Marry an Empress? is a Palentine reality-TV series. It features the country's Empress Jhessan Spaulding hosting various aspirants for her hand on her own private island in Malibu Islands. In the first two seasons, only the empress' subjects were eligible to compete, but both times she ended up voting them all off the island anyway. However, after a special episode that aired during the 2012 regional primaries, featuring candidates for AO Delegate (who were also all voted off), it was decided that the third season would feature contenders from across the region, trying not only for her hand, but for the region's delegacy as well. Unfortunately, the season was canceled for lack of response.

The fourth and final season used the same international format, although the regional delegacy was not at stake. Additionally the contest was held at the Imperial Court rather than the island. Kennyite expatriate Perfecto Solis from The 'Burgh was eventually chosen as Imperial Consort. (Imperial Mother Lydia Spaulding was rumored to have taken strongly to the drink at this news.)
