The World Hit Festival 28 was the 38th edition of the World Hit Festival, being held in the capital city of Britonisea, Doportedas after Dean Boyst won the World Hit Festival for the nation with the song "I'm Hurting Too" with 28 points. The host broadcaster, Brityunik Vefecosoin Cairkovoin had recently hosted the 35th World Hit Festival, but said that hosting the 38th edition was essential, especially after winning the 37th edition.
