Katerina I (Laiatanese: Катерина Каменева Александровна, September 16, 1553 - May 8, 1607) ruled the Kingdom of Laiatan from April 19, 1562 to July 8, 1577 and later the Laiatanese Empire from July 8, 1577 until her death on May 8, 1607. Through the use of power and influence, Katerina expanded the Kingdom of Laiatan before establishing the Empire. Katerina's policies and reforms made a lasting impact on the country, with many institutions of Laiatanese government tracing their origins to her reign.
