The existence of the Cabinet dates back to the first President of Laiatan, Aleksy Zukov, who appointed a Cabinet of five men: State Minister Leonid Sokoloff; Treasury Minister Yevgeni Fyodorov; War Minister Vladislav Vasilyev; Head of Federation Transition Onisim Popov; and Attorney General Samuil Orlov to advise him and to assist him in carrying out his duties.
