Cascadian Interstate 6 (I-6) is a 457.435-mile (736.170 km) Interstate Highway in the Cascadian states of Alaska and Yukon. Interstate 6 has no auxiliary interstate highway]] spurs or loops.

The first segment of Interstate 6 opened to traffic in 2021 and the highway was largely completed by the early 2020s. Interstate 6's original western terminus was at 20pxInterstate 3 in [[Jaketon, Alaska, but in 2025 the highway segment from there to its present terminus at 20pxAlaska Highway 7 was designated as part of Interstate 6.

Route description

I-6 maintains an east-west route for much of its length.

The 457-mile (735 km) highway's western terminus is with an at-grade traffic light with Alaska Highway 7 and is the starting point for mile markers and exit numbers (which are mileage-based).

After passing near the eastern suburbs of Collier County—including Riverside and Palmont—it enters the Yukon Borough, where I-6 crosses the Alaska Haul Road, 20pxAlaska Highway 11. The interstate then sees nothing but mountains and Alaska countryside until the city of Fort Yukon. The Interstate then returns to the countryside until crossing into the Yukon, where it serves Fishing Branch State Park, 20pxYukon Highway 5, and Fossil National Park before crossing into Canada at the Northwest Territories' border.
