Government

The Republic of Setzna has three main branches that govern the nation.

  • Executive Branch. Consists of the Presidential Office and cabinet. Makes the final decision on whether to veto or pass laws made by the Legislative Branch.
  • Legislative Branch. Consists of the House of Representatives and Senate. Creates and passes laws (at this stage, bills) for the Senate to vote on.
  • Judicial Branch. Consists of the Supreme Court, Federal Court and Provincial Courts. Handles felonies and all law related matters.
