All leagues are organized by Red Blackiland Association Football ( RBAF ) , have much departaments to take care of each area of our football/soccer. Departament of Referees: Care about the distribution of destination to each referees to each match , punishment in case of medium/big errors and the entry of new referees. Departament of Ultras/Crowd: Destinate police to make the escort,protection and the division of the crowds in the matches. Departament of Media: Care about the social and web divulgation and the press.Organizate press conferences,divulgate tables,fixtures,news,punishments and more. Departament of Tournaments: Care about the structural organization and the regulantion of the tournaments.
