The United Republics of Seketan and Jacland, shortened to Seketan and Jacland or Seketan-Jacland, abbreviated URS, is a sovereign state in the Nelborne Union composed of four constituent countries: Seketan, Jacland, South Seketan, and Nordereiland.

Historically, Seketan and Jacland was home to Mi'kanness aboriginal people and the Nordic Secens people who settled in the land around the 800s. The two groups became isolated from the rest of Europe. They formed their own unique Seketese and Jacish cultures. Colonization by France and England (eventually the United Kingdom) would shape linguistics in the land and culture.

Seketan was conquered by the Kingdom of Alquiya when it was the Kingdom of Seketan. Jacland remained a colony but gained peaceful independence in 1901 under the name Dominion of Jacland. Seketan continued to have its own language and would later split from Alquiya in 1947 following the Seketese Independence War. The two nations, among two others, would unite in 2015.
